Finance Systems Analyst – Oracle Cloud EPM (12‑month contract)

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term role offers the chance to shape finance operations through technology. You will work closely with Finance and IT teams to improve and maintain Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, supporting planning, consolidation and month‑end processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance core finance systems, focusing on Oracle Cloud EPM tools.
• Assist planning processes including forecast, budgeting and long‑range planning.
• Manage group consolidation activities and month‑end close procedures.
• Oversee finance system processes such as reconciliations, master‑data management and change requests.
• Monitor system performance, hierarchies and user experience, driving continuous improvement.
• Own ticketing, enhancements and system change delivery.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Support testing, documentation and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Develop reporting using Oracle reporting tools and Smart View, and assist users.
• Act as the liaison between business needs and technical delivery.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
• Background in planning, consolidation, reconciliation or related finance modules.
• Previous experience working within or closely with a Finance function.
• Good understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Experience using Power BI for analysis and reporting on large data sets.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
