Finance Systems and Data Lead

About the role

Marc Daniels is partnering with a market‑leading company to find a Finance Systems and Data Lead who will own a critical finance transformation programme. This senior role will drive the end‑to‑end mapping, implementation and hyper‑care of a new Finance ERP system while ensuring data quality through governance, migration and cleansing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full mapping of finance processes for ERP implementation.
• Own execution and hyper‑care phases of the Finance ERP system.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, IT and wider business stakeholders.
• Drive data governance activities and promote best practices across the project.
• Oversee data migration, cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
• Identify risks, issues and opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide clear leadership and direction throughout the transformation journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Finance Systems, Finance Transformation or ERP leadership.
• Strong understanding of full ERP mapping, execution and hyper‑care.
• Experience leading data governance, data migration and data cleansing.
• Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organised, analytical and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Finance qualification or relevant systems/data experience is advantageous.
