Finance Systems Delivery Lead

About the role

AVEVA is looking for a Finance Systems Delivery Lead to drive the delivery of its global Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programme across more than 40 countries. The role will coordinate functional and technical workstreams, manage dependencies, and ensure successful roll‑out of finance, procurement, project portfolio management and subscription modules.

Key responsibilities

• Support Project Managers by contributing to delivery plans, identifying risks, dependencies and sequencing.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities across functional, technical and integration teams, removing blockers and ensuring timely delivery.
• Lead functional workstreams (C2F, I2C, R2R, PPM, P2P), facilitate solution design workshops and enforce the global template.
• Manage integration points with MuleSoft and coordinate with IT partners such as KOFAX and e‑invoicing providers.
• Oversee deployment readiness, UAT execution, defect triage and cut‑over planning.
• Provide hyper‑care and BAU escalation management for high‑severity production issues, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Maintain clear communication with global and regional stakeholders and coordinate with Oracle Support on critical service requests.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering large‑scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of finance‑related processes such as C2F, I2C, R2R, PPM and P2P.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams, manage risks and drive projects to completion.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
