Finance Systems Manager

About the role

Robert Half is partnering with a fast‑growing international business to recruit a Finance Systems Manager. The role goes beyond routine support, offering the chance to shape finance technology, lead projects and drive efficiencies in a dynamic, acquisition‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and administer the finance systems landscape, ensuring reliability, performance and data integrity.
• Manage Microsoft Business Central alongside key finance applications, including reporting and credit management tools.
• Provide first‑line support, user administration, permissions and system configuration.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to finance users.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve system functionality.
• Lead and support finance systems implementations, upgrades and enhancement projects.
• Work closely with Finance, IT and third‑party vendors to deliver successful change initiatives.
• Improve reporting capability and drive greater utilisation of finance systems across the business.
• Contribute to transformation projects such as the implementation of a new expenses platform and broader finance systems improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Finance Systems Manager, Finance Systems Analyst or Systems Accountant.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Business Central.
• Experience supporting ERP systems and finance users.
• Knowledge of finance processes including General Ledger.
