Finance Systems Support Analyst (Aderant) – London

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Systems Support Analyst with strong Aderant experience to join a leading law firm in central London on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role provides first‑line support for finance‑related applications and ensures data integrity across key systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st line support for Aderant finance systems via ServiceNow, handling incidents and requests within SLA targets.
• Perform daily data integrity checks on Aderant Expert, Intapp and related platforms.
• Execute scheduled tasks such as patch testing, user access reviews and monthly server maintenance.
• Assist users with billing, accounts payable, time‑entry and reporting queries.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience with finance systems in a legal or professional services environment.
• Deep knowledge of Aderant Expert, its table structure and related modules.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow, including queue and SLA management.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
