Finance Transformation Business Partner

About the role

This hybrid Finance Transformation Business Partner role supports a private‑equity backed services business through a major finance transformation programme. Working across the UK and US, you will help redesign reporting, planning and control processes to drive efficiency and better decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance transition for three entities, reviewing and enhancing processes, controls and reporting frameworks.
• Improve budgeting, forecasting and financial planning procedures.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insight and support strategic decisions.
• Develop KPI dashboards, management information packs and automated reporting tools.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency and data quality.
• Provide training and support to users on new processes and systems.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with senior finance business‑partnering experience.
• Proven track record of delivering finance transformation, system changes or process‑improvement projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, change‑focused attitude with a passion for improving business performance.

• Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities.
