Finance Transformation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Transformation Consultant to help clients modernise their finance systems. You will work remotely with a flexible schedule, supporting organisations as they move from legacy accounting tools to cloud‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' existing finance operations, including processes, systems and software.
• Design and build tailored technology solutions that meet client needs.
• Lead full implementation and migration of new finance systems and workflows.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to users of the new platforms.
• Respond to client queries and provide post‑implementation assistance.

Required profile

• Hold an accounting qualification such as AAT.
• Demonstrated client‑facing experience in accounting or finance systems transformation.
• Familiarity with cloud accounting environments and a drive to improve financial processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with cloud accounting platforms Xero, QuickBooks and Sage.
