Financial Administrator

About the role

Join a leading independent financial planning business that is expanding its client services team. Two experienced Financial Administrators are needed to support advisers, working three days in the office and two days from home in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Process new business applications and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records.
• Liaise with clients, providers and Financial Advisers.
• Chase new business applications through to completion.
• Prepare documentation for client meetings.
• Manage incoming calls, correspondence and client enquiries.
• Process policy alterations and claims.
• Ensure all records remain accurate, compliant and up to date.

Required profile

• Previous experience within an IFA Administration role.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritise a varied workload.
• Good IT skills and confidence using business systems.
• Experience using Intelligent Office (advantageous but not essential).
