About the role

We are a chartered independent wealth planning firm in London seeking a Financial Administrator to support our UHNW clients. The role involves end‑to‑end financial administration, client liaison and meeting preparation.

Key responsibilities

Answering client queries and liaising on behalf of advisers
Booking meetings and assisting with preparation of client meetings
Managing end‑to‑end financial administration for UHNW clients
Maintaining client records and financial documentation
Coordinating with advisers to ensure timely delivery of reports

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in a wealth management firm
Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, retirement planning and tax efficiency strategies
Polished, confident communication skills suitable for UHNW clients
Excellent organisational skills and ability to “muck in” with office tasks
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
