Financial Adviser – Client Book Kent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Financial Adviser to join a leading wealth management team in Kent. You will work with a high‑quality client base, delivering tailored financial planning and investment advice while supporting the firm’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing bespoke financial planning across pensions, investments, tax and estate matters.
• Conduct comprehensive financial reviews to identify client objectives and develop holistic wealth strategies.
• Collaborate with in‑house tax advisers, portfolio managers and legal experts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, regulatory changes and product developments to ensure compliant advice.
• Contribute to business development, mentor junior advisers and help expand the client base.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent; Chartered status preferred or in progress.
• Proven record of client retention, asset growth and high‑quality service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of investment markets, tax planning, retirement and estate strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first mindset.

Required skills

• Financial planning qualifications (DipPFS, Chartered status).
• In‑depth understanding of investment products and regulatory standards.
