Financial Adviser – Client‑Focused Role (Hybrid)

About the role

We are partnering with a respected financial planning firm to hire a Financial Adviser. This hybrid position offers a client‑focused environment without sales targets or cold prospecting, supported by a strong paraplanning and administration team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent advice on pensions, investments, protection, inheritance tax and retirement planning.
• Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and goals.
• Create and present tailored financial plans and recommendations.
• Conduct regular reviews and adapt plans as client circumstances change.
• Collaborate closely with paraplanners and administrators to ensure efficient, compliant advice delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date with regulatory and market developments.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) – essential.
• Proven experience in a client‑facing financial advice role.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and holistic financial planning.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• High standards of professionalism, integrity and compliance awareness.
• Chartered status or working toward it is desirable but not essential.
