Financial Adviser – Existing Client Bank Provided, Hatfield, £75k + Bonus

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Adviser to join a growing wealth‑management firm near Hatfield. The role combines an inherited client portfolio with strong referral streams and full paraplanning support, offering a solid platform for business development and earnings growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver holistic financial planning advice to high‑net‑worth and affluent private clients.
• Manage and develop an inherited portfolio of approximately £10 million AUM.
• Identify additional planning opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Generate new business through professional introducers, strategic partnerships and marketing‑led initiatives.
• Build strong working relationships with partners and associated accountancy firms.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and educational seminars.
• Provide advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning, protection and broader financial planning areas.
• Collaborate closely with paraplanners and administrators to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser, Wealth Manager or Independent Financial Adviser.
