Financial Adviser – Glasgow

About the role

Foster Denovo is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to take over an established book of business in our Glasgow office. You will build strong client relationships, grow revenue, and generate new leads through referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Investment Adviser under the Approved Persons Certification regime, adhering to Foster Denovo procedures and FSA guidance.
• Conduct annual review meetings for all active clients and fully document outcomes.
• Follow the Foster Denovo Financial Advice process, meeting all service standards, processes, and procedures.
• Use cash‑flow tools to illustrate the impact of advice on clients’ financial situations.
• Collaborate with the paraplanning and Client Experience Administration teams to deliver high‑quality advice and service.
• Develop relationships with prospective clients and convert prospects into new business.
• Maintain introducer relationships where applicable and ensure client files meet compliance standards.
• Identify and generate new opportunities from client banks or other lead sources.

• Deep understanding of clients’ goals, aspirations, and financial needs.
