About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality financial advice that meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to all internal policies and procedures while servicing client bank accounts.
• Conduct an average of 3.5 first‑meeting consultations and 1.5 follow‑up meetings per week.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure advice complies with the firm’s advice standards.

Required profile

• Current experience as a Mortgage Adviser or Financial Adviser seeking progression.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential).
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and high energy levels.
