Financial Adviser – High Net Worth & Mass‑Affluent Clients

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser to join a forward‑thinking financial planning business in Farnborough. You will deliver independent, holistic advice to high‑net‑worth and mass‑affluent clients while benefiting from strong compliance, modern technology and dedicated support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fully independent financial advice and personalised recommendations.
• Develop, manage and retain a portfolio of high‑net‑worth and mass‑affluent clients.
• Collaborate with paraplanning, compliance and administration teams to ensure high‑quality service.
• Source new client enquiries through introducer networks and business development activities.
• Work flexibly across home and office environments to meet client needs.

Required profile

• Diploma (Dip PFS) or equivalent Level 4 qualification (minimum).
• At least 1 year of experience providing financial advice.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
• Proactive, client‑focused approach.
