Financial Adviser – Remote, £50‑60K + performance bonuses

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join our specialist wealth‑management team on an employed basis. The role is primarily remote, with occasional visits to our offices in the East Midlands or Greater Manchester, allowing you to serve a diverse portfolio of complex clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic wealth advice, extending beyond traditional pension planning.
• Develop and grow a client base using a variety of business‑development methods.
• Deliver specialist guidance on SSAS and SIPP arrangements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape service offerings and drive growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser, preferably within SSAS/SIPP environments.
• Strong commercial drive and desire for autonomy.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
