About the role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join a well‑established boutique chartered firm in Sevenoaks. You will support an existing client base, manage a £20 million portfolio and help grow the firm’s assets under management.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive financial advice to existing clients.
- Develop new business and expand the client book.
- Manage and grow a £20 million AUM portfolio.
- Collaborate with paraplanning and administration teams.
- Meet performance targets to qualify for quarterly bonuses.
Required profile
- Qualified Financial Adviser/Planner – Level 4 essential.
- Chartered status via CII or progressing towards it.
- Background in an independent or whole‑of‑market environment.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client assets.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary £60‑70 k per annum.
- 30% bonus on new and recurring business, paid quarterly.
