Financial Adviser – Up to £75k + Bonus (Swindon)

About the role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Financial Adviser to join a growing, forward‑thinking financial planning business in Swindon. You will deliver independent, holistic advice to high‑net‑worth and mass‑affluent clients, supported by dedicated paraplanning, compliance and administration teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fully independent financial advice and personalised recommendations.
• Manage, develop and retain a portfolio of high‑net‑worth and mass‑affluent clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal support teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Work flexibly across home and local office environments to meet client needs.

Required profile

• Diploma (Dip PFS) or equivalent Level 4 qualification (minimum).
• At least 1 year of experience providing financial advice.
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop client relationships.
