Financial Advisor – Client‑Focused Planner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join a fast‑growing financial services firm with a strong presence across Cambridgeshire. You will receive a steady flow of warm client introductions, allowing you to focus on delivering high‑quality financial planning advice rather than cold prospecting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning.
• Manage and develop your own client portfolio while building long‑term relationships with clients and introducers.
• Meet clients face‑to‑face throughout the Cambridgeshire region and attend local networking events.
• Collaborate with dedicated paraplanning and administrative support to maximise client service.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma (DipPFS, DipFA or equivalent) and Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
• Proven experience delivering regulated financial planning advice.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Client‑first mindset with a passion for excellent service.

What we offer

• Basic salary £50,000–£75,000 plus realistic OTE of £130,000+.
• £5,500 car allowance, bonus up to 5% and pension contributions up to 20%.
