About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Financial Advisor to join our established office‑based team in Taunton. The role offers a steady flow of high‑quality leads, genuine flexibility, and the support of a professional services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regulated financial advice across a broad client base.
• Manage client relationships from acquisition through ongoing service.
• Deliver face‑to‑face consultations and limited home‑working sessions.
• Collaborate with in‑house lead generation and administration teams.
• Contribute to the growth of the client bank and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent (essential).
• Proven experience as a Financial Advisor within a UK‑regulated environment.
• Ability to advise on core personal financial planning areas.
• Experience managing client relationships end‑to‑end.
• Office‑based advisory experience (desirable).

• Employed option with a basic salary of £45,000‑£60,000 per year.
