Financial Advisor – Hybrid Working, £35‑60k + OTE

About the role
This position is ideal for candidates with a Level 4 Diploma who want to develop their career in a rapidly growing financial services business. The role welcomes both experienced advisors and trainees, including those with a background in financial administration or support.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and fact‑finds
- Provide financial planning and advice
- Manage investments and portfolios
- Deliver retirement and pension planning
- Maintain ongoing client service and relationship management
Required profile
- Level 4 Diploma qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of UK financial products
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Open to both experienced and trainee‑level candidates
What we offer
- Basic salary £35,000‑£60,000 (dependent on experience)
- Bonus scheme with OTE up to £80,000
- Hybrid working model
