Financial Advisor – Hybrid Working, £35k-£60k + OTE

About the role
Level 4 Diploma qualified and looking to develop your career as a Financial Advisor within a rapidly growing business? Our client has expanded quickly over the last 12 months and is seeking to add a Financial Advisor to the team. The opportunity is open to candidates at various stages, including those with a Level 4 Diploma, financial administration experience, or trainee‑level backgrounds.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and fact‑finds
- Provide financial planning and advice
- Manage investments and portfolios
- Provide retirement and pension planning
- Deliver ongoing service and client management
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients
Required profile
- Level 4 Diploma qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of UK financial products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience considered at both trainee and experienced levels
What we offer
- £35,000 – £60,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
- Bonus scheme with up to £80,000 OTE
