Financial Advisor

About the role

Accountancy Action is looking for an experienced, client‑focused Financial Advisor to join its growing financial planning team in Tunbridge Wells. You will deliver regulated advice across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning, helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide FCA‑compliant financial advice covering pensions, investments, protection and tax planning.
• Conduct detailed fact‑finding meetings with new and existing clients.
• Develop and present bespoke financial plans and recommendations.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships through regular reviews and portfolio management.
• Identify new business opportunities and referrals.
• Collaborate closely with paraplanners and administrators to ensure efficient advice delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) or equivalent.
• CAS (Competent Adviser Status) preferred.
• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser, Wealth Manager or Independent Financial Adviser.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a client book.
