Financial Advisor – Manage and Grow Client Bank

About the role

This position is with an established Chartered financial planning firm in the South West of England. You will inherit a well‑established client bank and be given full ownership to expand it through proactive advice, referrals and new planning opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of approximately 150 clients with assets over £30 million.
• Deliver holistic financial planning advice covering investment and retirement needs.
• Identify and pursue new business and referral opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Contribute to the firm’s future adviser population and growth strategy.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma qualification (essential).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a practising Financial Adviser.
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
• Strong investment and retirement planning experience.
• Confidence to lead client meetings independently.
