Financial Advisor – Manage Client Portfolio in Farnborough

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our Farnborough office. You will be responsible for managing an existing client bank of 20‑30 retirees and families, providing comprehensive wealth planning services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 20‑30 high‑net‑worth clients with assets ranging from £150k to £10m.
• Provide advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, cash‑flow modelling, retirement planning, trusts and estate planning.
• Advise on specialist schemes such as VCT and EIS.
• Collaborate with dedicated administrators and paraplanners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including accountancy and solicitor practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser, preferably serving HNW retirees and families.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, tax and retirement planning.
• Ability to manage client relationships independently and meet regulatory standards.
• Commitment to ongoing CPD and professional development.

• In‑depth understanding of wealth‑management products and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Effective communication and client‑facing skills.
