Financial Advisor – Office Based with Lead Generation

About the role

This position is designed for ambitious Financial Advisors who want a steady flow of high‑quality leads, a supportive office environment and genuine flexibility. You will work from our regional office while meeting clients on‑site or remotely as required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regulated financial advice across a broad range of personal planning areas.
• Manage client relationships from acquisition through ongoing service.
• Convert internally generated leads into new business.
• Maintain compliance with UK financial regulations.
• Collaborate with the in‑house administration and lead‑generation team.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent (essential).
• Proven experience as a Financial Advisor within a UK regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to advise on core personal financial planning topics.
• Experience managing client relationships end‑to‑end.
• Office‑based advisory experience is desirable.

• Basic salary between £45,000 and £60,000 (employed option) plus bonus potential.
