Financial Advisor – £80k, Hybrid, Client Bank

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established financial planning firm to hire an experienced Financial Advisor. The role offers a hybrid working pattern (three days in the office) and a flexible 35‑hour week, allowing you to focus on delivering high‑quality advice while growing your own client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an existing client bank generating approximately £400,000 in recurring income.
• Provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection.
• Service existing clients and maintain strong, long‑term relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to the firm’s growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser within a financial planning firm.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Client‑focused mindset with the ability to generate new business.
• Experience with Intelligent Office (IO) is preferred but not essential.
