Financial Advisor (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Financial Advisor to join The Openwork Partnership on a self‑employed basis. The role offers flexible remote or hybrid working, full administrative and compliance support, and the opportunity to build and scale your own advisory business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic, regulated financial planning advice across investments, pensions, protection and retirement.
• Conduct comprehensive client reviews and develop tailored recommendations.
• Grow and manage a personal client portfolio, generating new business through networking and referrals.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure advice complies with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.
• Develop referral partnerships and professional introducer relationships.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Proven experience delivering regulated financial advice.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow an advisory practice.
• Good understanding of FCA regulations, Consumer Duty and compliance requirements.
