About the role

Join The Openwork Partnership as a self‑employed Financial Advisor and build your own advisory business with full administrative and compliance support. This role offers flexible remote or hybrid working, uncapped earnings and access to a wide range of financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic, regulated financial planning advice across investments, pensions, protection and retirement.
• Conduct comprehensive client reviews and develop tailored recommendations.
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio, generating new business through networking and referrals.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure advice complies with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.
• Develop referral partnerships and professional introducer relationships.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Proven experience delivering regulated financial advice.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to scale an advisory business.
• Self‑motivated, professional and driven to succeed.
