Financial Advisor (Self‑Employed)

About the role

We are seeking a self‑employed Financial Advisor to join a forward‑thinking wealth management firm. The role offers a platform to grow your own client book while benefiting from a robust support infrastructure, including marketing, warm referrals and dedicated paraplanning assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regulated financial advice to UK clients in accordance with FCA standards.
• Develop and maintain independent client relationships, generating new business and expanding existing portfolios.
• Leverage the firm’s marketing activities and introducer networks to acquire warm client opportunities.
• Collaborate with specialist teams for complex cases and discretionary investment solutions.
• Utilise the firm’s CRM and financial planning systems to manage client information and compliance.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Current CAS status or ability to regain it quickly.
• Proven experience delivering regulated financial advice within the UK market.
• Desirable: track record of generating new business or expanding a client bank.
• Desirable: experience with modern CRM or financial planning software.
