Financial Advisor – Up to £80k OTE, Hybrid Working

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join a well‑established independent financial planning firm in Cheshire. You will manage an existing client bank, develop new relationships and benefit from leads provided by the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing client bank while developing new client relationships.
• Build and grow your own portfolio using leads supplied by the firm.
• Conduct detailed fact‑finding and analyse clients’ financial information.
• Prepare and present tailored financial recommendations.
• Liaise with internal paraplanning and administrative teams to support client outcomes.
• Research product providers and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain and develop long‑term client relationships.
• Maximise opportunities to grow and retain the client bank.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum qualified advisor status).
• Previous experience in a Financial Advisor role servicing clients.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to analyse financial information and present clear recommendations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Client‑focused and commercially aware approach.

• Basic salary up to £60,000 with OTE £70,000–£80,000.
