Key responsibilities

• Manage your own client portfolio and provide holistic, compliant financial advice.
• Conduct thorough reviews and design tailored strategies covering pensions, investments, and protection.
• Convert warm leads into long‑term client relationships.
• Achieve agreed performance targets with full team support.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Chartered status or working towards it is desirable).
• Proven experience delivering holistic financial advice in a planning‑led environment.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
• Desirable: Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
