Financial Analyst – Global Finance Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Hitchin. You will play a central part in our global finance transformation, driving planning, forecasting and reporting capabilities through the implementation of NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB).

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial results, operating trends, variances and KPIs to support monthly reporting and business decisions.
• Prepare management reporting packages, forecasts and analytical presentations for senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Evaluate capital expenditures, depreciation, profitability and other financial drivers.
• Lead the implementation, configuration and administration of NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) as part of the ERP transformation.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, IT and external teams to optimise budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Support ERP migration activities including data mapping, validation, UAT, training and post‑implementation support.
• Manage the annual Global Cross‑Charge process and collaborate with regional directors, tax, compliance and audit teams.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance reporting and financial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
