Join a dynamic and supportive finance team where your precision and expertise will make a tangible impact. As a Financial Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and smooth running of our financial operations within a professional yet friendly environment.

Missions principales

• Manage daily banking transactions and perform accurate bank reconciliations.
• Oversee the full Accounts Payable (AP) process: invoice entry, statement reconciliation, dispute resolution, and payment preparation.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks, including statement issuance, credit checks, new account openings, and credit control management.
• Monitor and manage the finance team's shared mailbox to ensure timely responses.
• Compile and distribute weekly sales reports to key stakeholders.
• Support the Financial Controller during month-end closing procedures.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and manage petty cash records.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative and financial support as required.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in a similar accounting or finance support role.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a highly methodical and organized approach.
• Strong professional communication skills to interact effectively with various departments.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Competences requises

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Sage accounting software (highly preferred).
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial reconciliation processes.
