Financial Controller – Business Performance & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a talented Controller to own the mechanisms that let us understand business performance, diagnose variances, and drive corrective actions. You will turn budgets, actuals, and forecasts into clear insights, ensuring the company scales with financial rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Own reliable financial reporting across entities, products, and markets.
• Analyze deviations from budget, forecast, and prior performance, uncovering drivers and advising teams.
• Track performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities early.
• Define and refine the most important performance metrics and build a data‑driven performance management approach.
• Design and strengthen financial processes and internal controls, emphasizing automation, scalability, and reliability.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability and capacity to solve complex problems from first principles.
• Ability to move from “what happened?” to “why it happened and what to do next”.
• Bias‑resistant thinking and structured idea formulation.
• Comfort with fast‑paced finance environments involving acquisitions, restructuring, and multi‑jurisdictional consolidation.
