Financial Controller – FP&A (2-6 yrs PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a data‑enabled FP&A Financial Controller to manage the finance function of a fast‑growing technology VC fund and its portfolio companies. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will work independently and across multiple geographies, leveraging automation and AI to scale finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end finance operations, including multi‑currency and group consolidations.
• Design, implement and own group‑wide financial controls and reporting processes.
• Build and automate AI‑driven finance workflows to improve decision‑making.
• Collaborate with portfolio finance managers and senior stakeholders across finance and non‑finance teams.
• Support rapid organic growth and M&A activities by ensuring accurate financial data and compliance.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with 2–6 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders across time zones.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement.
