Financial Controller – Group Finance (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing global technology company to recruit a Financial Controller for its Group finance function. Based in London with a hybrid working model (three days in the office), you will lead cost management across multiple entities and support the business as it scales its finance infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end month‑end close for all non‑headcount cost areas across several entities.
• Produce P&L analysis (month‑over‑month, year‑over‑year, budget vs actual) and deliver management information packs to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including audits, corporate tax and sales tax across the Group.
• Provide technical accounting support, including transfer pricing and inter‑company accounting.
• Design and implement financial controls and contribute to a SOX readiness programme.
• Develop and mentor regional Finance Managers.

Required profile

• Fully qualified ACA (or equivalent) with practice training.
• Current experience at Controller, Assistant Controller or Senior Finance Manager level.
• Proven track record in fast‑paced, scaling businesses, preferably within technology.
• Strong technical accounting expertise in multi‑entity and inter‑company environments.
