Financial Controller

About the role

Togather is seeking a hands‑on, commercially‑minded Financial Controller to own the group’s financial performance end‑to‑end. You will be the senior finance owner across two businesses, a profit‑share partnership, and an upcoming potential sale, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the group profit‑and‑loss statements and ensure a clean, timely month‑end close.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, and intra‑group recharges.
• Build and maintain financial infrastructure suitable for an acquirer.
• Prepare for and support audit processes.
• Oversee the finance of the acquired Field Vision Bars business and the Live Nation partnership.
• Collaborate with a future fractional CFO for strategic input.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with experience handling complex, multi‑entity financial structures.
• Commercially driven with the ability to work independently and raise the finance function’s standards.
• Proven track record of delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic decisions.
