Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join a high‑growth, internationally scaling business on a fixed‑term basis. The role will own the finance function, delivering accurate month‑end reporting, cash‑flow visibility and financial insight to support rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end month‑end close process, including journals, reconciliations and three‑statement reporting.
• Review payroll and commissions for UK, US and Italian teams and support day‑to‑day finance operations such as sales invoicing, ARR tracking, supplier renewals and expense management.
• Lead regulatory, partner and tax reporting across the UK, US and Lithuania, ensuring compliance with NatWest and the Bank of Lithuania.
• Support fundraising activities by responding to investor due‑diligence requests, maintaining momentum and assisting with budgeting and financial modelling.
• Act as the primary contact for the annual audit, maintaining strong financial controls and governance standards.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in month‑end close processes and statutory reporting.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and reporting.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end processes in a fast‑moving environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
