Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic budgeting to support the company’s growth. This senior position acts as a key advisor to senior management on finance and accounting matters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash‑flow management to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor financial performance, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and internal financial policies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to think critically and make sound financial decisions in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
