Financial Controller – Multi‑site Consumer Business

About the role
This is a great opportunity to join a leading multi‑site consumer business that is experiencing strong growth. The company is expanding and is looking for a Financial Controller to become part of the finance team and support its ambitious journey.
Key responsibilities
- Support senior management in driving organisational success.
- Lead financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems.
- Own monthly management accounts and month‑end reporting.
- Oversee cash management and audit processes.
- Engage regularly with senior stakeholders and non‑finance teams.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist business growth, new site development, and ad‑hoc strategic projects.
Required profile
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA).
- Multi‑site experience in a consumer business such as retail, hospitality or leisure.
- Team player who can also work independently.
Required skills
