Financial Performance & Systems Analyst

About the role

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking a Financial Performance & Systems Analyst to join their head office in Liverpool City Centre. The role bridges finance, data and technology, driving improvements in reporting, planning and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Planning – maintain models, hierarchies and data structures.
• Support data integration between Workday ERP, Snowflake and reporting tools.
• Identify and resolve system issues, manage upgrades and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with IT, data specialists and external vendors to ensure robust system operations.
• Automate reporting and planning processes to reduce manual effort.
• Implement data‑governance controls and reconciliation procedures.
• Design integrated financial data flows across FP&A and Financial Control functions.
• Partner with finance business partners to translate requirements into reporting solutions.
• Provide training and support for Adaptive Planning, Power BI and other tools.
• Create clear Power BI dashboards and analyse performance trends for budgeting and forecasting.
