About the role

We are partnering with a leading UK wealth management firm to recruit an experienced Financial Planner for its Exeter office. The successful candidate will join a supportive team delivering holistic financial advice to high‑net‑worth clients, leveraging the firm’s strong reputation and extensive referral network.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Provide comprehensive financial planning across investments, pensions, retirement, protection and wealth management.
• Manage an existing client portfolio while prospecting new business.
• Collaborate with private and commercial banking teams to service referrals and opportunities.
• Network and develop long‑term professional relationships.
• Deliver a first‑class client experience aligned with the firm’s values.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser in wealth management or private client environments.
• Chartered Financial Planner status or near completion.
• Track record of advising high‑net‑worth clients with complex needs.
• Commercially minded with strong relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Commitment to providing high‑quality, holistic advice.
