Financial Planner – £70k‑£75k – Farnborough

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join our Farnborough office. You will manage a portfolio of 20‑30 high‑net‑worth clients, providing comprehensive advice on pensions, investments, tax, and retirement planning.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow an existing client bank of retirees and families with assets ranging from £150k to £10m.
• Deliver tailored advice on pensions, investments, cash‑flow modelling, tax planning, trusts and estate matters.
• Collaborate with dedicated administrators and paraplanners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop new business opportunities in line with the firm’s five‑year expansion plan.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a financial adviser or planner, preferably serving high‑net‑worth clients.
• Strong understanding of UK financial products, including VCT, EIS, and protection schemes.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, accountants and solicitors.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and CPD.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of pension and investment products.
• Expertise in tax planning and cash‑flow analysis.
• Familiarity with trusts, estate planning and wealth‑preservation strategies.
