Financial Planning Administrator – Client Services Executive

About the role

We are partnering with the Wealth Planning arm of a top‑20 accountancy practice to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator. The role provides comprehensive support to two Wealth Planners, handling new business processing, client servicing and meeting preparation for a high‑net‑worth client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end processing of new business and ongoing client servicing.
• Prepare adviser and client meeting packs, including valuations and illustrations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, liaising with advisers on their behalf.
• Maintain accurate client records and electronic filing systems.
• Support adviser fee, charge and commission queries.
• Ensure all activities comply with FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in a financial services administration role, preferably within IFA or wealth management.
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Well‑organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in progressing to a paraplanner and eventually adviser role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
