Financial Planning Administrator / Client Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Financial Planning Administrator / Client Support Associate to join our boutique wealth management firm in Central London. You will work closely with advisers and the wider team to ensure seamless delivery of financial planning services to our high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming client queries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Support the preparation of client meetings, including documentation and pre‑meeting information.
• Update and maintain accurate client records within Salesforce.
• Produce suitability letters and related documentation.
• Provide end‑to‑end financial planning administration support.
• Liaise with providers and third parties to progress client cases.
• Monitor and track outstanding tasks to ensure smooth case progression.
• Take ownership of workloads and proactively resolve issues.
• Assist advisers with day‑to‑day client servicing requirements.
• Ensure all client records and systems remain accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a financial planning, wealth management or IFA environment.
• Strong understanding of financial services administration processes.
• Experience working in a structured, client‑focused environment.
