Financial Planning Administrator

About the role

Our client, a well‑established financial planning firm on the outskirts of Bristol, is seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to provide administrative support to Financial Advisors and Paraplanners. This is an office‑based, full‑time position.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare relevant paperwork for client meetings.
• Submit online applications and process business submissions to providers.
• Handle client queries and collate research for recommendations.
• Use quotation systems for mortgage, protection and investment products.
• Produce suitability letters and reports as requested by advisers.
• Conduct O&M research.
• Execute buy/sell instructions from clients or advisers.
• Manage death‑related administration, including wills and executors.

Required profile

• Previous experience in financial planning or financial services administration.
• Ability to work in an office‑based environment supporting advisors.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within financial planning (training provided).

What we offer

• Salary up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
• 21 days holiday.
• 5% pension contribution.
