Financial Planning Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑driven Financial Planning Administrator to support a well‑established independent financial planning firm in Leeds. Working in a hybrid environment, you will help advisers deliver high‑quality financial planning services while ensuring smooth back‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process new business applications and gather required information from product providers.
• Prepare client review packs, illustrations, and policy documentation.
• Update and maintain accurate client records.
• Arrange client meetings and manage advisers' diaries.
• Respond to client queries via phone and email.
• Provide general back‑office and administrative support to the financial planning team.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as a Financial Services Administrator (ideal).
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive, flexible, and team‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with financial planning software such as Curo (beneficial but not essential).
