Financial Planning Administrator

About the role

The Financial Planning Administrator will work within Titan Wealth Planning’s Basingstoke office, supporting financial advisers and consultants in delivering compliant wealth‑management advice. This hybrid role (three days onsite, two days remote) ensures that client plans are accurate, up‑to‑date and ready for adviser‑led reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update client and plan information on the IO platform.
• Request, chase and upload plan data from providers via post, email or provider portals.
• Record contributions, withdrawals, transfers and validate unit balances and price feeds.
• Verify income expectations and ensure accurate plan valuations.
• Gather and reconcile costs, charges and commission details for each client plan.
• Produce client valuation reports and OneNote packs using standard IO templates.
• Prepare case files for the AST team, completing checklists and following up on missing information.

Required profile

• Ability to support advisers in line with FCA rules and company procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills for handling multiple client files.
• Proactive communication with providers to obtain timely information.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Required skills

• Experience using the IO platform for client data management.
