About the role
We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning Administrator to join a Chartered independent wealth planning firm based near Fleet, Hampshire. The role supports a team of advisers delivering comprehensive financial advice to high‑net‑worth clients, families and SME owners across the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for pension, investment, tax and retirement planning processes.
- Maintain and update client records, preparing cash‑flow models and related documentation.
- Liaise with partner accountancy and solicitor practices to coordinate referrals and information flow.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial planning administration.
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures for pensions, investments and tax planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of administrators and report to an Admin Manager.
